The Rosa Villa

• Accommodates  1-10 people per Villa 
• 4 bedrooms.  All beds can split into singles (additional charges apply).
• Master bedroom has a king bed with WIR and ensuite (including bath)
• Second bedroom has a king bed.
• Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed.  A single trundle bed can be added to each of these rooms if required (additional charges apply)
• If more than one couple is staying, we will open up additional bedrooms as required as well as the second bathroom.   This bathroom is also accessible from the second king bedroom (like an ensuite).

• There is also an additional double vanity and third toilet.
• All linen supplied
• Televisions in the living room and every bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Gaggia grinding coffee machine with steam wand
• Full size laundry including outside clothesline
• Private heated swimming pool and cantilever umbrella
• Spacious undercover alfresco area including outdoor kitchen with built in Weber Q, sink and rangehood.
• Under main roof garage for one car
• Additional parking in the rear compound can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Rates

Std Weekend rate (min 2 nights)......$360 per night*
Std Midweek rate (min 2 nights).......$340 per night*

*Rates are based on 1 couple occupying one bed and includes linen.  If all people as part of the booking require separate bedrooms, an additional charge of $70/night applies.

Additional people - $70/adult/night and $35/child/night (15 years and younger at time of stay).

* Prices valid up to 31st December 2023.
 Higher rates and additional minimum nights apply for peak periods (eg long weekends, school holidays, Easter, special events). Please view these rates and minimum nights through the 'Book' button or contact us directly for rates.

Check in: 2pm - Check out: 10am

20% deposit required to confirm booking.

Bond of $450 minimum processed as a hold on your credit card on day of arrival.  

Cot with linen $25 and high chair $25 available for duration of stay.  Please arrange prior to arrival.

A charge of $40/bed is required to split queen or king bed into singles or to add a single trundle bed
